efsta IT Services GmbH is seeking a role in Steyr to build international partnerships and drive IT solutions forward. You will be the central contact between Business Development, technical consulting, and partners, identifying expansion plans and supporting implementation with your IT expertise.

The position is hybrid, full-time, with a salary of €53,000 gross per year, and potential for higher compensation depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifikationen

• A college degree in business or engineering or at least 2 years of experience in a comparable position.
• Strong IT skills and an interest in tax-related topics.
• Business-level German and very good English skills (C1).
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Independent, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team.
• Low willingness to travel (max. 5%).

Aufgaben

• Collaborate closely with Business Development Management and onboard partners after contract signing.
• Provide comprehensive support for partners in all business matters.
• Support partners in expansion plans and growth strategies.
• Implement targeted cross-selling and up-selling to increase revenue.
• Document sales activities and maintain CRM data.
• Coordinate with IT Consulting to integrate efsta at partner sites and ensure efsta Portal uptime.
