efsta IT Services GmbH is seeking a seasoned DevOps & Cloud Operations professional to design, operate, and continuously improve our SaaS platform in a hybrid Steyr-based role. You will automate infrastructure and deployments using CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code, manage container platforms, and ensure security, availability, and compliance across global services.

Do you want to do more than just operate systems—do you want to actively help develop modern cloud platforms? At efsta, you’ll work on a SaaS solution used internationally and help design the DevOps and cloud infrastructure that powers our global compliance services. From CI/CD to Kubernetes to Infrastructure as Code, you’ll play a key role in making our platform secure, scalable, and future-proof.

Full-time

Salary: starting at €65,000 gross per year (depending on qualifications and experience; we are willing to offer a significantly higher salary)

• Design, operation, and continuous improvement of our cloud and DevOps environment
• Automation of infrastructure, deployments, and operational processes using CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
• Responsibility for container platforms, monitoring, security, and cloud operations
• Ensuring the availability, performance, scalability, and compliance of our systems
• Close collaboration with development teams to implement modern DevOps and DevSecOps practices
• Participating in and leading infrastructure and automation projects to continuously optimize our platforms
• Completed IT degree (from a university of applied sciences or a university) or comparable, relevant practical experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud operations, or system administration is required
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
• Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern container technologies
• Knowledge of Linux administration, scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell), and automation
• Understanding of monitoring, security, identity and access management, and DevSecOps principles
• Excellent English skills (B2) required; German is a plus
• An independent, solution-oriented approach to work, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
