CSA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead global Programs and Strategic OSQ initiatives. You will define goals, track KPIs, and analyze factory data and processes, coordinating with Controlling, R&D and Procurement to drive improvements.

You will prepare executive-level presentations for Senior Management. The role requires a technical university degree, 5+ years in PM in semiconductor or large-scale operations, and fluent in English and German.

Qualifikationen

• Technical university degree completed.
• 5+ years in Project Management in semiconductor/large-scale ops.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Hoshin Kanri.
• Ability to prepare executive reports and present to Senior Management.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to drive change across global teams.
• Proficiency in English and very good German.

Aufgaben

• Program Management for global programs and strategic projects aiming to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the OSQ organization.
• Goal definition and KPI tracking for global OSQ organization.
• Analyzing, summarizing and presenting factory data, business processes and organizational setups.
• Improving business processes within OSQ and seamlessly handshake with partnering departments (e.g. Controlling, R&D, Procurement etc.).
• Preparation of presentations for Senior Management.
