Job summary

Qualifications

• In-depth technical knowledge in semi-backend, optics, laser optics, or machine vision.
• Excellent business acumen and strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience in an international customer and project environment.
• Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• International sales of standard and custom lenses, laser optics, machine vision, and precision optical systems.
• Strategic business development through acquisition of new customers, applications, and projects.
• Identification and development of new markets and business opportunities.
• Support for existing customers, sales partners, and new customers in the assigned sales region (e.g., EMEA).
• Responsibility for the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Close collaboration with development, applications, product management, and project management.
• Negotiating with decision-makers and management.
• Representing the company at international trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
