Qualifications

• 12+ years of commercial or business function experience in biopharma.
• Marketing competence with go-to-market, access considerations and commercial P&L.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, planning, analytics and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead global product strategy and commercialization for ophthalmology.
• Drive geographic expansion to key markets such as Brazil, China and Japan.
• Develop and execute global lifecycle management plans and annual operating budgets.
• Foster alignment across Regions, Development and PO&T to deliver program priorities.
