Zusammenfassung

ABB is seeking a senior sales leader to drive front-end sales for large mining projects, promoting ABB’s full portfolio across electrification, automation, drives and digital solutions. You will lead capture teams, coordinate cross-functional resources, and build strong relationships with EPCMs and OEMs across multiple countries.

The role requires deep mining industry experience, strategic account planning, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of mining industry experience with a track record in sales or complex industrial solutions.
• Proven front-end sales leadership with capture team ownership in large strategic mining projects.
• Specialist expertise in electrification, VFDs, gearless drive systems and multi-megawatt power solutions.
• Multi-megawatt drive systems experience; account strategy with EPCMs and OEMs.
• Process-level understanding as mine owner's representative.
• Established relationships with major mining accounts, operators and EPCMs; technical authority in the market.
• Strong written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales of strategic mining projects and position ABB as a global solution provider.
• Lead front-end sales activities for international mining opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
• Manage capture teams and coordinate multinational resources toward a winning strategy.
• Develop and execute account and opportunity strategies with account managers, OEMs, EPCMs, and local ABB units.
• Ensure ABB’s value proposition is communicated clearly and professionally to customers.
• Lead strategic discussions on scope allocation and responsibilities between global and local units.
• Build, qualify and develop a strong mining opportunities pipeline for sustainable growth.
