Job summary

Salzburg Global Seminar Inc. seeks a Content Designer and Creator to produce digital content for Salzburg Global, Sciana, and Schloss Leopoldskron. The role sits in Public Affairs and covers website, print, social media, newsletters, and media collaborations with on-site photo, video, and graphic content creation.

You will implement content strategies, manage branded templates, and populate an institutional content calendar with growing independence in a fast-paced international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in digital marketing, multimedia arts or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare multimedia content (photo, video, short-form clips, graphics) for cross-channel use and social media publication.
• Contribute ideas for new content formats informed by audience behavior and platform needs.
• Support content planning around the event calendar with brand-aligned digital stories.
• Create content following brand guidelines and adapt for templates and layouts across print and digital formats.
• Capture content during on-site and online programs and events, including videography and photography.
• Track engagement and content performance data and share results with the Public Affairs team.
• Coordinate with colleagues to align content, timelines, and branding, handling briefs and feedback.
• Uphold Salzburg Global values and work with colleagues and guests professionally.
