ALPLA INC. is seeking a Global Market Intelligence & Growth Specialist to shape future growth through deep market insights.

You will build and advance our global Marketing Intelligence capability, turning market data into strategic decisions across regions, business units, and functions. You will analyze customer and industry developments, identify growth opportunities, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Strategy teams.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Strategy, Market Research, or related field.
• Several years of experience in Marketing Intelligence, Customer Insights, Strategic Marketing, Market Research, Strategy, or related area.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and identify the bigger picture.
• Experience translating complex data into business-relevant recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
