Frequentis, headquartered in Vienna, seeks a senior professional to lead its global insurance program across all subsidiaries. You will coordinate renewals, engage insurers, and advise on risk transfer while supporting enterprise risk management across international teams.

Required are several years in corporate insurance/risk management, a university degree in a related field, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in corporate insurance management, insurance brokerage, risk management, or a comparable role within an international industrial environment.
• University degree in Law, Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of global insurance programs, claims management, and contractual risk transfer mechanisms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across international and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent command of German and English (written and spoken) is required

Aufgaben

• Manage the Group’s global insurance program across all subsidiaries and locations worldwide.
• Act as the primary contact for insurance brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders on all insurance-related matters.
• Coordinate insurance renewals, policy negotiations, and placement of new insurance coverage.
• Lead the management and resolution of insurance claims, ensuring timely reporting, documentation, and settlement.
• Prepare insurance reports, loss analyses, and management information for senior leadership and governance bodies.
• Support business units and project teams in identifying and addressing project-specific risks and insurance requirements.
• Analyze contractual insurance requirements and advise business units on risk transfer and insurance-related obligations.
• Support the Group-wide Enterprise Risk Management process, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business units and legal entities to evaluate emerging risks and develop appropriate mitigation measures.
