Allocator One Group is seeking a Senior Operator to own dashboards, reporting and the group’s operating intelligence end-to-end. You will shape how the business reports, tracks performance, scales operations, and guides strategy across geographies and products.

You will collaborate with founders, IR teams and regional leads, driving automation, complex models and insightful leadership-ready data.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years owning dashboards and reporting in a multi-region setting.
• Experience with P&L and executive reporting.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with multi-sheet models and scenarios.

Aufgaben

• Own group-wide reporting and analytics across regions, products and asset classes.
• AUM development by region and KPI tracking.
• Design, automate and improve operational and financial reporting.
• Co-lead expansion initiatives and work with IR and founders.
