SWARCO AG in Tirol, Austria invites you to join our Controlling team and take a key role in managing an international, production-oriented business area. You will support management and international stakeholders with cost management and operational processes.

The ideal candidate brings a university degree in finance or accounting, 10+ years in Controlling, strong SAP FI/CO and Excel skills, and proven experience in manufacturing environments. Fluent German and English are required.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting.
• 10+ years in Controlling or Finance in international production environments.
• Strong expertise in reporting, forecasting, budgeting and performance management.
• Excellent SAP FI/CO experience; advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with BI tools and SAP transformation projects is a plus.
• Experience developing controlling processes and manufacturing controlling.
• German and English, written and spoken, at least business proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, analyze, and develop management reports; coordinate forecasts and budgets.
• Advise management and international stakeholders on financial matters and decisions.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses and derive actionable recommendations.
• Support SAP FI/CO projects and SAP rollouts across subsidiaries.
• Harmonize controlling processes, reporting structures, and standards.
• Ensure data quality and act as a trusted partner to management.
