Job summary

Red Bull is seeking an energetic Marketing Insights & Analytics professional to collect and validate field marketing data from markets worldwide. You will analyze performance, build country benchmarks and join local check-ins, turning findings into clear visual insights and actionable recommendations for global and local stakeholders.

You will also help curate best practices for our global knowledge platform, monitor data quality, and support the rollout of social media analytics across markets.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience as a Red Bull Student Marketeer is a strong plus.
• Genuine passion for numbers and strong analytical thinking.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Python, R or similar data tools is a bonus.
• Creative problem-solver who turns ideas into action and measures the results.
• Clear communicator, confident presenting to stakeholders across teams and countries.
• Self-motivated, organised and collaborative, and comfortable juggling several projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate and analyse Field Marketing data from markets worldwide to support effectiveness analysis.
• Build country benchmarks and analyse market performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Join check-ins with local Field Marketing teams and present insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to annual business planning with clear, visual insights.
• Curate and publish best practices, guidelines and toolkits for the global knowledge platform.
• Monitor data quality and adoption of reporting tools across markets.
• Support rollout of social media and creator analytics to track impact.
• Consolidate monthly innovation updates into a global overview and create best-practice presentations.
