Job summary

DO & CO AG is seeking a Head of Crew Control to lead the event crew across the group. You will act as the primary contact for culinary, service, and logistics teams at flagship events nationally and internationally, including Formula 1 and major sports championships.

The role requires coordinating staff schedules, resolving day-to-day operational challenges, and managing travel arrangements for event teams. A strong, organized leader with fluent German and English is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a comparable leadership role in premium hospitality or similar environment.
• Passion for working with people; approachable and open-minded.
• Structured, detail-oriented, highly organized workflow.
• Ability to coordinate small teams and larger groups up to 250 employees.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and interest in employee career development.
• Willingness to travel internationally for major events.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central contact for culinary, service, and logistics teams at national and international flagship events.
• Oversee staff scheduling and ensure effective implementation of the schedule.
• Provide trusted, solution-oriented support to employees for day-to-day challenges.
• Manage all travel arrangements for event teams, including flights, accommodation and local transport.
