Under the supervision of the Senior Psychologist, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), you will develop content contextualized for OSCE managers and design reflective learning activities to drive knowledge application.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and developing e-learning materials.
• Ability to review and contextualize content for target audience.
• Strong writing and instructional design skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a learning needs analysis to identify OSCE managers' needs and learning gaps.
