Zusammenfassung

Teoxane is seeking a Global Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to manage the 360° e-commerce strategy across major markets and to optimize CRM campaigns. The role combines brand marketing with performance-driven ecommerce initiatives.

You will coordinate with design, product and agency partners, lead marketplace activities including Amazon, and drive sustainable packaging considerations, with a six-month contract spanning mid-November 2026 to mid-April 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar cosmetics/beauty or consumer goods role.
• Expertise in Shopify and Salesforce Commerce.
• Proficiency with Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign tools.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and SEA strategies.
• Experience managing online marketplaces, especially Amazon.
• Strong proofreading and familiarity with artwork workflows.
• Solid project coordination skills.
• Interest in sustainable and compliant packaging materials.
• Fluent in English and French.

Aufgaben

• Execute the e-commerce trading calendar across assigned markets.
• Manage daily operations of Teoxane's e-commerce sites.
• Identify and coordinate UX/customer journey improvements.
• Build and optimize the CRM calendar for campaigns.
• Monitor sales, traffic and e-commerce KPIs; produce reports.
• Manage the external e-commerce agency relationship.
• Coordinate artwork creation and proofreading for products.
• Maintain artwork databases, templates, and spec files.
• Support the 2027 packaging redesign rollout with timelines and proofs.
• Contribute to sustainable packaging material identification.
