INNIO in Austria seeks a senior procurement leader to guide Direct Material Procurement across Europe and North America, reporting to the VP Procurement. You will shape strategy, build capabilities, and drive value delivery in a global manufacturing environment.

The role requires proven leadership across matrix teams, strong supplier negotiations, category management, and travel to international sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience in complex industrial environments.
• Proven leadership across multiple levels in a matrix organization.
• Strong track record in procurement strategy, supplier negotiations, and commercial management.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for Direct Material Procurement across teams and leaders.
• Shape function direction, strengthen capabilities, and drive procurement strategies across Europe and North America.
• Lead supplier negotiations and ensure favorable terms and competitive pricing.
• Establish supplier performance governance and mitigate supply risks across the network.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and senior stakeholders for alignment.
