Lindt is offering a 6‑month Global Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) internship in Kilchberg. You will work within Global Retail to improve customer experience across Lindt Shops and online stores, supporting reporting and presentations.

The role emphasizes data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and implementing global D2C strategies, with a chance to lead small projects and gain hands-on FMCG experience.

Qualifikationen

• Completed or advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration / related subjects.
• First working experience in the FMCG / retail / e-commerce sector is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, proactive, and communicative approach.
• Independent, precise and conscientious way of working with self-initiative.
• Very strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Very good MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Fluent in English; German at least B1; French and other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Identify best practice key activities to build traffic, drive conversion & repeat purchase for Lindt Shops globally.
• Work closely with subsidiaries to improve customer experience in both physical stores and online shops.
• Enable local implementation of global D2C portfolio strategy.
• Gain experience in data analysis, reporting and impactful presentations.
• Set up and distribute recurring reports.
• Support organization of global business gatherings.
• Take responsibility for small projects.
