Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 years of progressive procurement and strategic sourcing experience.
• Minimum 7 years leading Contract Manufacturing categories in a global environment.
• Minimum 5 years people management experience.
• Experience with regulated industries such as Medical Devices or Life Sciences.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• English language mandatory; German is a plus.

• Define and own the global Contract Manufacturing category strategy and roadmap.
• Develop multi-year category plans to support growth and manufacturing network optimization.
• Lead executive-level supplier negotiations and supplier performance reviews.
• Drive savings, productivity and value-creation objectives.
• Oversee risk management, quality, and regulatory compliance across suppliers.
• Build and mentor Category Managers and procurement personnel.
• Present strategies and risks to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
