Zusammenfassung

Takeda Pharmaceuticals International AG in Zurich seeks a Global Category Lead, External Manufacturing, a Senior Director-level role. You will define global category strategy for external manufacturing, lead make-versus-buy decisions, and shape the supplier network to deliver value, continuity, and quality across large and small molecule portfolios.

You will mentor category teams, govern contracts, and partner with GSQ, PDT, and R&D to align procurement with enterprise objectives, while driving

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA advantageous.
Procurement qualification (ISM/IPMM/MCIPS) valued.
Fluent/advanced English required for global communication.
10+ years of procurement, category management, or related leadership experience.
Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies.
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
