• Execute compensation processes: job evaluations, salary increases, and bonus planning.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

Kenntnisse

University degree in economics or HR management

5+ years of experience in compensation, HR or finance/controlling

Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics

Proficiency in Excel and compensation analysis software/SAP

Knowledge of job leveling/banding

Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

Knowledge of retirement plan management

Experience in HR Controlling

Fluent English

Good level of German
