Qualifikationen

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; some industry experience preferred.
• German language skill is a plus but not required.
• Strong PC literacy with advanced MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and AI tools like Copilot.
• Interact effectively with all levels of employees and build cross‑department networks.
• Experience with travel coordination and expense reporting using Concur or similar.

• Coordinate domestic and international travel and submit expense reports in Concur.
• Schedule meetings and calls for the VP and teams across multiple time zones.
• Create requisitions in Ariba and manage vendor payments as needed.
• Track budget forecasts and prepare reports using spreadsheets.
• Foster communication and information sharing among team members for better collaboration.
• Coordinate events and onboarding for new team members and guests.
