CODICO in Vienna is seeking a senior AI strategist to define and drive the company-wide AI program. You will partner with all departments to design AI solutions that streamline workflows and create measurable value across the organization.

The role requires leadership in digital transformation, strong communication and fluency in German and English, with an international mindset and a collaborative culture.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Informatics, Data Science or Computer Science or comparable background.
• Several years of project management experience in AI or digitalisation projects.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly and concisely.
• Analytical, structured work approach with compliance awareness.
• Excellent German and English language skills.

Your Job

• Develop and implement our company-wide AI strategy
• Analyze business processes and identify and prioritize areas where AI can add value
• Design and delivery of AI solutions that reduce workload and increase efficiency in day-to-day business
• Select suitable technologies, coordinate external partners, and support the implementation of solutions into daily operations, including measuring their impact and results
• Build a company-wide digital mindset and promoting the adoption of emerging technologies
• Support teams in introducing new tools and working methods and integrating them into their daily routines
• Act as a central point of contact and work closely with all departments, especially in connection with other IT projects

Our Requirements

• A degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a comparable practical background
• Several years of experience in project management and in AI or digitalization projects
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
• The ability to explain technical topics in a clear and easy-to-understand way
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a structured way of working
• A good understanding of data protection and compliance requirements
• Excellent German and English skills
