The role converts client data into actionable insights to drive business growth, client development, and CRM excellence across markets.

You will work on client management, data quality, targeting, and governance initiatives, partnering with Regions, Marketing, Retail, Commercial, CS and maisons to fuel growth

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience in client analytics, CRM, or data-driven environments.
• Expertise in CRM ecosystems (Salesforce a plus) and understanding of data quality principles.
• Ability to operate in a complex, international matrix organization, with precision and business acumen.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex insights effectively.
• Solution-oriented, client-centric mindset with attention to detail; adaptable and collaborative.
• Fluency in English and French.

• Track and analyze key KPIs to monitor performance across markets and support client engagement growth.
