Richemont, a world leader in luxury, invites you to join our International Retail Solutions team as Retail Operations Coordinator, based in Couvet, to support STAGE, Cartier's experiential space, and contribute to retail experimentation and training.

In this multi-task role, you will run inventories, manage stock updates, oversee equipment supply, and ensure IT testing and broadcasting systems run smoothly while aligning with global campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• You have 5 years of experience in Retail Operations or Retail Logistics.
• You are fluent in English and French.
• You are highly organized, proactive, autonomous, and an effective communicator.
• You are comfortable in a fast-changing environment with strong coordination skills.
• You have working knowledge of SAP for stock management (a strong plus).

• Run monthly inventories, deliver reports, and process SAP receipts/returns.
• Manage quarterly stock updates including returns and novelty orders.
• Oversee STAGE equipment supply and coordinate shipping and customs.
• Maintain hardware/software for IT testing and manage broadcasting systems.
• Align VM with global campaigns and coordinate general maintenance.
• Partner with the Retail Solutions Team to test and integrate prototypes.
• Visit boutiques regularly to identify operational improvements.
• Exchange best practices and network with global Retail Ops peers.
• Prepare the STAGE area for visitors with the Hospitality & Event coordinator.
• Operate the STAGE broadcasting system and lead engaging tours (FR/EN).

We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join, for one year, our International Retail Solutions department, as Retail Operations Coordinator.

The Retail Operations Coordinator, based in Couvet, supports the STAGE Manager in overseeing daily operations at STAGE, Cartier's experiential space and mock-up boutique dedicated to retail experimentation and training.

In this multi-task role, the coordinator helps ensure smooth running of activities such as testing, training, role play, filming, and product demonstrations, while securing all necessary resources and requirements.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

RETAIL OPERATIONS & AREA MAINTENANCE

• Run monthly inventories, deliver reports, and process SAP receipts/returns.
• Manage quarterly stock updates (returns and novelty orders).
• Oversee STAGE equipment supply and coordinate shipping (packaging, customs).
• Maintain hardware/software for IT testing and manage broadcasting systems.
• Align VM with global campaigns and coordinate general maintenance.
• Partner with the Retail Solutions Team to test and integrate prototypes.
• Visit boutiques regularly to identify and suggest operational improvements.
• Exchange best practices and network with global Retail Ops peers.

VISITS PREPARATION & MANAGEMENT

• Prepare the STAGE area for visitors alongside the Hospitality & Event coordinator.
• Operate the STAGE broadcasting system.
• Lead engaging group tours (FR/EN) focusing on retail innovation and boutique operations.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• You have 5 years of experience in Retail Operations or Retail Logistics.
• Youa are proficient in Office 365 and digital tools; knowledge of SAP (stock management) is a strong plus.
• You are highly organized, proactive, autonomous, agile, and a strong communicator.
• You are flexible and at ease in a fast-changing environment.
• You are fluent in English and French
• On-site presence required (maximum 20% remote work, depending on operational needs).
