ROSEN Group in Stans (Switzerland) is seeking an AI Education & Training Program Lead to scale our AI enablement across about 4,500 employees worldwide. You will not train individuals directly but design systems that empower others to teach and adopt AI responsibly.

You will define learning standards, certification paths, train-the-trainer networks, and communities of practice while ensuring alignment with EU AI Act, security, governance, and compliance.

AI Education & Training Program Lead

Location: Stans, NW, Switzerland

Join us in shaping how AI changes the way ROSEN works. This role is not about introducing new tools. It is about helping people rethink how work gets done and creating the capabilities that turn AI potential into measurable business impact. As AI Education & Training Program Lead, you will own and scale ROSEN's AI Enablement Program across approximately 4'500 employees worldwide. Your mission is to build the skills, confidence, and structures that enable employees to move from basic AI literacy to meaningful workflow transformation while maintaining human accountability and compliance requirements. You will define learning standards, establish certification paths, create a scalable train-the-trainer approach, and build a network of champions and facilitators who multiply adoption across the organization. Rather than delivering training yourself at scale, you will create the system that enables others to do so effectively. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys designing learning experiences, facilitating workshops, building communities and driving change across a global organization. You will take the program from its current foundation to enterprise-wide adoption and continuous growth.

You will lead the AI Enablement Program from strategy to execution and continuously evolve it as AI capabilities and business needs mature.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving the end-to-end AI enablement strategy and ensuring consistent delivery across all learning and certification tracks
• Establishing and maintaining training standards, certification requirements and learning pathways for different employee groups
• Building, certifying, and supporting a global network of facilitators, trainers and AI Champions
• Growing and moderating the AI Network as a platform for collaboration, learning and knowledge sharing
• Creating and sustaining Communities of Practice that encourage employees to share experiences, use cases and best practices
• Defining and monitoring success metrics that measure both participation and business impact
• Ensuring AI literacy and training programs align with legal, governance, security and compliance requirements, including the EU AI Act
• Preparing and supporting program steering activities and providing transparency on progress, adoption, and outcomes
• Collaborating closely with Learning & Development, IT, Security, Legal, Compliance, Data & AI Governance and business stakeholders
• Leading workshops, facilitating discussions and guiding teams through the organizational changes required to successfully adopt AI

You bring:

• Experience leading large-scale learning, capability-building, or enablement programs across multiple functions and regions
• The ability to design structured learning journeys with clear progression paths and measurable outcomes
• Strong facilitation skills and practical experience building train-the-trainer or similar multiplier models
• A solid understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models and modern AI tools
• Experience managing organizational change and supporting teams through evolving ways of working
• A data‑driven mindset and the ability to define, track, and communicate meaningful success metrics
• The ability to influence stakeholders, align competing priorities, and maintain momentum without formal authority
• Confidence working in complex technical environments where quality, safety and reliability are critical
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Experience building and scaling an enterprise AI or digital transformation enablement program
• Experience developing certification frameworks and linking them to employee development and proficiency models
• Proven success establishing and growing Communities of Practice or internal expert networks
• Familiarity with workflow redesign, continuous discovery, service design, or Jobs-to-be-Done methodologies
• Experience working in industrial, engineering, technology, or other complex operational environments.
