NetCero is a Graz-based software startup developing ESG management and reporting tools. We seek an experienced Full-Stack Developer to own and evolve web applications and APIs using a schema-first stack (TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, React).

You will shape features end-to-end and drive technical decisions in an agile team, embracing AI tools like Claude. English or German proficiency is acceptable for applying.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a focus on web development.
• Knowledge of modern technologies TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS and React, plus SQL databases.
• Independent and proactive working style with personal responsibility.
• Good English language skills in written and spoken form.

Aufgaben

• You develop web applications and API services on a modern, schema-first stack (TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, React) in an OpenAPI-driven codebase.
• You design and develop new features within a modular monolith across the full development cycle.
• You participate in technical decisions shaping the future of the software.
• You bring modern tools and AI technologies (e.g., Claude) into development processes.
• You work in an agile, proactive team environment with colleagues treated as equals.
