SBG Associates in Vienna is looking for a hands-on, product-focused Senior Full-Stack Engineer to shape our core platform. You’ll own features from concept to production, influence technical decisions early, and help define how software is built as we scale. Requirements: strong TypeScript, React, tRPC, Tailwind CSS, TanStack/React Query, and ORM experience (Drizzle/Prisma).

Fluent English and good German. Nice to have AI-sdk exposure and relocation to Vienna.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience with TypeScript.
• Daily hands-on use of AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code).
• Solid production experience with React.
• Experience working with tRPC.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS.
• Comfortable using TanStack / React Query.
• Experience with modern TypeScript ORMs such as Drizzle or Prisma.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as Next.js, Remix, or React Router.
• Fluent in English and good German skills.

I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing AI startup based in Vienna that is building an advanced AI product They are offering a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and have real influence from day one.

This is a hands-on, product-focused role where you’ll work directly on the core platform, help shape technical decisions early, and contribute to defining how software is built and shipped as the company scales. This is not a typical corporate environment ownership, impact, and autonomy are central to the role.
