Next Job Abroad is seeking a German-speaking Bank Customer Service Representative to join our Malta-based team. You will engage with clients to provide banking solutions while applying your sales experience to promote products responsibly.

Fluency in German and English is required, with prior customer service in banking or sales. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, relocate to Malta, and contribute to growth through excellent service and cross-selling of financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a banking or sales environment, is essential.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems will be an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new working environment.
