Flipp is seeking an Accounting Specialist, Accounts Receivable (German-speaking) to join our European team. You will oversee collections, invoicing, and AR aging while ensuring accurate billing and timely customer payments.

You will work closely with Sales, Account Management and Finance to resolve issues, perform reconciliations, and support month-end close. German fluency is required; English is the business language.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections or similar accounting role.
• Fluent in German (written and spoken) is required.
• Professional fluency in English in both written and spoken form.

Aufgaben

• Manage the collection process for an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Review billing information, purchase orders and contracts prior to invoice issuance; issue accurate invoices and credit notes.
• Monitor AR aging, investigate payment discrepancies, and reconcile accounts to maintain a healthy AR portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Finance to resolve payment issues and support month-end close.
