The role is on-site in Vienna with a salary range of 60,000–90,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifikationen

• Native level German with strong phone presence and professional English.
• 1+ years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS context.
• Experience with multichannel outreach and designing, testing sequences.
• Comfort with a fast growing startup pace and iteration mindset.

Aufgaben

• Own the German speaking top of funnel from first contact to qualified demo handoff.
• Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing and prioritize follow up.
• Execute multi channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and explore new channels.
• Build and test outreach sequences, measure results, and iterate on approaches.
• Help refine SDR workflows and participate in onboarding of new customers as part of handover.
• Track progress toward advancing to an Account Executive role through high performance.
