You will engage B2B clients, qualify leads, conduct outreach including cold calls, and collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers.

This full-time role offers relocation support, a base salary of €30,000 with a €5,175 bonus potential, and ongoing training.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO, PPC and online advertising.
• Experience in pre-sales, lead generation or lead qualification.
• 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior decision-makers.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Outbount prospecting and cold calling experience.
• Self-prospecting and proactive sales approach.
• Ability to meet revenue targets and manage customer databases.

• Identify and engage prospective clients via inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating opportunities.
• Understand client needs and recommend AI advertising solutions.
