The role demands a target-driven mindset, strong digital marketing knowledge, and experience in B2B sales. Eligible to work in Spain, with relocation support and a competitive base salary plus bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) required.
• Strong background in digital marketing and B2B sales.
• Experience with pre-sales, lead generation or lead qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.

Aufgaben

• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound activities and social selling.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand client needs and tailor AI advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain records in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
