Tavrion Dynamics in Barcelona is seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to join a growing AI advertising solutions team. You will drive new business, manage the full sales cycle, and help clients grow through innovative AI-powered advertising solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of B2B sales, strong German (C1) and English (B2), and a proven ability to meet revenue targets. The role offers relocation support, a €30,000 gross base salary, and a performance bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B2).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and the ad-tech ecosystem.
• Experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or lead qualification.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior decision-makers.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Aufgaben

• Identify and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored AI advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
