Tavrion Dynamics in Barcelona is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—for AI-powered advertising solutions. You will identify new business, manage inbound and outbound activities, and guide clients through onboarding in a target-driven environment.

The role requires B2B sales experience (2–3 years), strong digital marketing knowledge, and fluency in German with good English. A relocation option is available for Spain-based candidates.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B2).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, online advertising, and the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Previous experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or lead qualification.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with senior decision-makers.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Strong self-prospecting abilities and a proactive sales approach.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet revenue targets.
• Experience managing customer databases.

Aufgaben

• Identify and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored AI advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
