Zusammenfassung

Accenture is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and integrate components for advanced AI systems powering enterprise-scale solutions. You will develop agents, tools, and memory components and weave them into production-quality pipelines across ML, generative AI, and agentic AI.

You will collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and app developers to deliver secure, scalable AI components, documenting designs and ensuring governance, observability, and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and implementing AI solutions using agentic, generative and classical AI/ML in cloud environments.
• Experience with LLM-based architectures and orchestration patterns.
• Strong coding, software engineering, and NLP skills with Python.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and configure agents (prompts, tools, skills) and integrate into multi-agent workflows.
• Implement agent orchestration logic for task handoffs, communication, and error recovery.
• Build evaluation harnesses and test suites to measure accuracy, relevance, and faithfulness.
• Integrate foundation models into applications and select appropriate models and invocation patterns.
• Develop model fine-tuning pipelines including data preparation and training for business domains.
• Build ingestion pipelines to parse, chunk, enrich, and index unstructured content for retrieval.
• Implement embedding generation, vector databases, and retrieval components for RAG pipelines.
• Construct prompts and manage information flow within the model's context window.
• Implement memory components to store and recall conversational history.
• Develop input/output guardrails, content filtering, and defenses against prompt injection.
• Create PII detection and redaction components with access controls for model/tool access.
• Versioning, audit logs, and lineage tracking; maintain model documentation for auditable systems.
• Instrument components with logging and tracing; support monitoring, alerting, and cost tracking.
