Job summary

Erste Group Bank AG in Vienna is offering a 12-month part-time internship on the trading floor at the ERSTE Campus. You will support traders and work on daily operations, with a focus on data handling and process optimization.

The internship runs from January 2027 for 19.25 hours per week, provides an attractive allowance and opportunities to learn about trading and treasury within a large bank, with hybrid work between home and office.

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies at a University/University of Applied Sciences with a technical or business focus.
• Enthusiastic about data analysis and interest in financial markets & finance.
• Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills.
• Passionate about teamwork and continuous learning.
• Appreciative communication as well as fluency in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Based on the trading floor at ERSTE Campus in Vienna, support traders in daily operations.
• Manage and process orders from the bank’s sales network, analyze trading data, and optimize daily processes.
• Gain deep insights into trading and treasury operations in a large bank and collaborate with Group Treasury units.
