Ahoi Kapptn is seeking a Fullstack Developer with a backend focus to design and implement scalable APIs using Kotlin and Spring, backed by MongoDB. You will explore AI-assisted code generation, validate architectures, and own backend quality while collaborating across disciplines.

Hybrid work in Austria with flexible hours and home office. Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud infra is a plus. Proactive, English/German communication and a drive to own technical outcomes are expected.
