EWOR GmbH is launching a new department and seeks exceptional operators and builders to join the team from the ground up. You will lead 0-to-1 initiatives in HealthTech, translate vision into concrete roadmaps, and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.

Expect autonomy, equity upside, and direct collaboration with a world-class team of engineers and researchers. You will operate with high ownership, shaping strategy and architecture while navigating a fast-growth environment

Qualifikationen

• Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation/remote arrangements.
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise and end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in HealthTech.
• Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones to position the new department for growth or spin-off.
