EWOR GmbH is launching a new department and seeks exceptional operators and builders to join the team from the ground up. You will lead 0-to-1 initiatives in HealthTech, translate vision into concrete roadmaps, and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.

Expect autonomy, equity upside, and direct collaboration with a world-class team of engineers and researchers. You will operate with high ownership, shaping strategy and architecture while navigating a fast-growth environment

Qualifikationen

• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise and end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Requirements

• You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
