You will lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in Sustainability, translating high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and rapid implementation from prototype to production.

You will architect scalable solutions, drive milestones, and position the new department for rapid growth, with potential spin-off to attract institutional backing.

Qualifikationen

• Based in Europe or the Americas; relocation/remote allowed.
• High-agency builder mindset with end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
