Binca manufaktur in Perschling, just outside St. Pölten, Austria, is seeking a capable foreman to lead our fresh fish production operations. You will commission equipment, monitor processes, and guide daily tasks from prep to packaging, while ensuring safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in the food environment is desirable.
• Experience as foreman or machine/plant operator is preferred.
• Experience leading teams is advantageous.
• Experience in a line-managed production plant in the food sector is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of German is required.
• High quality and hygiene awareness are essential.
• Physical resilience and willingness to work in refrigerated areas (0–8°C).
• Technical understanding is expected.

Responsabilités

• Commission production equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Monitor and optimize production processes.
• Participate in production tasks: preparation, processing, packaging, labeling, and cleaning the equipment and work areas.
• Manage production staff, schedule personnel, and plan daily operations.
• Serve as liaison between production management and other areas in production.
• Conduct quality controls and document results.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
