Handlbauer, a leading meat processing company in Austria, seeks a Head of Operating Technology in Linz to lead maintenance planning and oversee technical projects across sites. You will manage a team of 8, coordinate external repair firms, and ensure high readiness of production lines.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling production systems (conveyor technology, packaging machines, etc.).
• Strong maintenance planning and preventive maintenance skills.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Development of a maintenance plan for operating sites.
• Planning maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery at operating sites.
• Ensuring timely planning of repairs at all sites.
• Management responsibility for a team of 8 employees.
• Procurement of spare parts and coordination of external repair teams.
