• Production Support: Ensure smooth manufacturing flows and provide hands-on line support.
• Microfabrication: Execute and log process steps in ion-trap microfabrication.
• Measurement: Conduct metrology measurements including electron microscopy, ellipsometry, and reflectometry.
• Data Analysis: Evaluate measurement data to identify trends and deviations.
• Optimization: Support process optimization and failure analysis.
• Interface: Link technology development with unit process engineers.
• Documentation: Maintain lab and process documentation according to standards.
