Job summary

We are hiring a Store Manager for a Vienna flagship of an internationally renowned Italian luxury fashion house. You will lead a team of 8, own the boutique's commercial performance, and elevate client experience in a three-floor luxury space in Vienna's premium district.

Fluent English is essential, with strong CRM/clienteling and VIP relationship skills. The role offers a €70,000 gross annual salary paid in 14 instalments, plus 15% MBO and a permanent contract. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' management experience within Luxury or Premium Retail.
• Fluent English; strong knowledge of clienteling and VIP relationships.
• Commercially minded with ability to drive performance and growth.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client experience and CRM engagement with high-net-worth clients.
