Responsibilities

• Own reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close for operating expenses in Global Operations.
• Monitor spending vs. plan, explain variances, identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare management reporting and financial insights for operational stakeholders.
• Forecast production-related spending based on output and capacity.
• Own CapEx planning and forecasting for production investments.
• Analyze headcount planning, workforce costs, and staffing models.
• Develop long-term financial models to support production planning.
• Partner with Operations, Materials, HR, and Finance to align assumptions.
