WhiteBIT is seeking a finance professional to oversee regulatory and crypto accounting, ensure UGB and FMA/OeNB reporting, and support FP&A in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and collaboration with external advisers to maintain governance and profitability across the organization.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of Austrian UGB, FMA/OeNB reporting, MiCAR, and DORA.
• Hands-on understanding of crypto-asset accounting, wallet/custody structures, and reconciliation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Law, or Business Administration.
• High level of accuracy in a fast-paced regulated environment.

Responsabilidades

• General ledger accounting, UGB financial statements, inventory valuation, statutory audits.
• Tax management including KSt, USt, KESt, DAC8 integration and liaison with external advisers.
• Regulatory accounting with FMA/OeNB reporting, MiCAR capital/own-funds monitoring, DORA governance.
• FP&A activities: cash-flow management, budgeting, liquidity planning, margin analysis.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Austrian UGB, FMA/OeNB reporting, MiCAR, and DORA.
• Hands-on understanding of crypto-asset accounting, wallet/custody structures, and reconciliation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Law, or Business Administration.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and comfort in a fast-paced regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Financial & Crypto Accounting: General ledger, UGB financial statements, inventory valuation, statutory audits.
• Tax Management: KSt, USt, KESt withholding processes, DAC8 integration, liaison with external tax advisers.
• Regulatory Accounting: FMA/OeNB reporting, MiCAR capital/own-funds monitoring, DORA financial governance.
• FP&A: Cash-flow management, budgeting, liquidity planning, margin and product profitability analysis.

For this position, a minimum monthly salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Employees in Information and Consulting is foreseen. Overpayment in line with market standards, depending on your qualifications and professional experience, is intended.
