Job summary

Red Bull seeks a Finance Data & Process Governance specialist to ensure data quality and governance across global reporting. You will collaborate with Development & IT teams to deploy analytics solutions, oversee month-end processes and drive continuous improvements in finance reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of SAP BW/ERP and visualization tools, and the ability to work with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

In this role you share our reporting vision, help us spread it to the countries and work diligently to keep data quality at highest standards. You will be also empowered and required to analyze & improve underlying processes. Through close cooperation with the Development & IT Team, this role also ensures high quality global deployments of reporting and analysis solutions. Moreover, you will be responsible for both the execution as well as the development of our governance around Financial Reporting. Assurance of compliance as well as the constant improvement of our state-of-the-art global reporting and analytics solutions are also essential deliverables within this role.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

DATA & REPORTING QUALITY ASSURANCE

You’ll assure high data quality through comprehensive validations to secure data consistency, integrity, completeness, accuracy & timeliness, especially for Operations & Finance interdependencies during Month-End-Closing.

PROCESS GOVERNANCE, TRAINING & SUPPORT

You’ll be responsible of enabling processes through testing & activation of new developments as well as rollouts (sign-off & deployment). In addition, you’ll focus on process governance, training & support for Financial reporting processes/solutions. Process analysis & review to deliver continuous process improvements for Finance Reporting as well as tight collaboration with Process development team to drive strategic process developments on Reporting & Analysis solutions are also areas of responsibilities.

PROJECT & ENHANCEMENT MANAGEMENT

You’ll also be our in-house consultant (support in the THINK/DESIGN phase of projects) for related SME areas. You’ll manage & coordinate Finance Reporting solution/process related enhancements together with our IT counterparts. Finally, you’ll deploy and rollout reporting solutions to our Finance community.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Finance or Data & Process Governance
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or STEM
• Technical experience with SAP ERP, SAP BW or EPM systems (e.g. Hyperion Financial
• Management) and corresponding reporting/analysis solutions (e.g. SAP BEx Web,
• Crystal Reports, Analytics Cloud, BO Analysis or Smart View) is perceived as an asset
• Skilled in analytical tools and methodologies to gather, process and interpret large datasets, communicate findings, and provide data-driven recommendations
• Familiar with data modelling, data preparation and visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Experience with advanced analytics tools such as Python or R
• Experience with cloud platforms (for example Snowflake) and query languages (SQL) is a plus
• Attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills, and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders
• Ability to understand complex system correlations, quickly identify and analyse solution delivery risks & impacts as well as to define alternatives & prioritizations
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business & technical teams as well as global stakeholders

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,509 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
