Job summary

Talos Automation is seeking a Service Technician to join our field-based mechatronics and automation team in Switzerland. The role offers CHF 6,000–8,000 per month, plus 13 payments and potential for 30–50% additional earnings.

We’re looking for Service Technicians to join an established automation business as they expand their service team.

This is a hands-on, field-based position suited to someone with a background in mechatronics, electrical systems or industrial machinery, ideally within intralogistics, warehouse automation or machine automation.

What You’ll Bring:

• Completed vocational/technical training in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering/Electrical Technology or a related hands-on discipline
• Practical experience working with industrial machinery or automated systems
• Experience within warehouse automation, intralogistics or machine automation is highly desirable
• Strong hands-on electrical and/or mechatronic skillsBased anywhere in Germany
• Comfortable with extensive travel to customer sites

Travel:

This is a highly mobile position, with travel predominantly taking place Monday–Friday. Occasional weekend travel may be required depending on customer needs, although the business aims to manage schedules as family-friendly as possible.

Compensation:

• 13 salary payments per year
• Potential for approximately 30–50% additional earnings
