TGW Logistics is seeking a motivated mechatronics engineer to transform complex customer requirements into smart intralogistics solutions for international projects. You will operate at the interface between technology and sales, developing concepts, layouts and calculations that meet real-world needs.

The role involves close collaboration with customers, sales, and engineering, with opportunities to influence technology choices and portfolio elements.

Qualificações

• HTL/FH/TU degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering.
• Several years of plant engineering experience.
• Direct customer contact experience and understanding customer needs.
• Strong process understanding and ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Team orientation and initiative in dynamic projects.
• Good English and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop innovative solutions for automated logistics systems in international customer projects.
• Analyze technical requirements and develop concepts, layouts, and calculations.
• Evaluate project requests and define cost-efficient system solutions.
• Integrate new technologies into future-oriented intralogistics solutions.

Do you want to transform complex customer requirements into innovative solutions? In this role, you will work at the interface between technology and sales and develop intelligent mechatronic systems for international intralogistics projects.

What you’ll be handling:

• Development of innovative solutions for automated logistics systems in international customer projects
• Analysis of technical requirements as well as development of concepts, layouts and calculations
• Evaluation of project requests and definition of cost-effective system solutions
• Integration of new technologies and portfolio elements into future-oriented intralogistics solutions
• Close cooperation with customers, sales, engineering and the Competence & Delivery Center

What you’ll need:

• Completed higher technical education in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering (HTL, FH, TU)
• Several years of professional experience in plant engineering
• Experience in direct customer contact as well as a feel for technical customer needs
• Strong process understanding and ability to develop innovative solutions
• Team orientation, initiative and decisiveness in a dynamic project environment
• Good knowledge of English and willingness to take occasional business trips (10%)

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment is 48,412 euros per year according to the collective agreement.
