Job summary

The Social Hub in Vienna is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the building's technical heartbeat. You lead a small team, coordinate external partners and respond quickly when issues arise to keep guest rooms, rooftops and services running smoothly.

You will plan daily maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and elevators, track work orders in Salesforce, monitor budgets and maintain safety/compliance records. German is preferred; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mindset with ability to coordinate contractors and guide a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the maintenance team while coordinating external contractors.
• First responder for technical issues across the hub.
• Plan and manage daily maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators and more.
• Track work orders using Salesforce and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Monitor budgets, review invoices and maintain maintenance records.
• Register monthly utility consumption and support energy-efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure safety, fire protection and compliance in collaboration with the Regional Property Manager.
